Our Condo Team has closed loans for units in all types and sizes of properties. They can assist you with financing for both warrantable and non-warrantable condos, which includes all types of project reviews.


Conventional Project Reviews

  • New home Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Lender Full Review, and Fannie Mae CPM and PERS.

Non-Warrantable Project Reviews

  • Our new home Full Review guidelines allow closing on the first unit in the project.
  • No presale requirements.
  • Relaxed completion requirements: only the subject unit must be 100% complete, with all other units in the building finished to sheetrock.

FHA Project Reviews

  • DELRAP (Caliber has HUD’s permission to conduct project reviews and issue approvals on all projects allowed to be lender-delegated reviews.)
  • HRAP (Certain project types, such as conversions completed within the last 24 months, must be submitted to HUD for review.)

VA Project Reviews

  • All projects must be submitted to the VA for review and approval.
